§1. GENERAL INFORMATION
  1. The online store available at www.coffeemarket24.com is operated by:

    hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.
  2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, in particular:
    • placing orders,
    • concluding sales contracts,
    • payments and deliveries,
    • complaints and withdrawals from contracts.
  3. The Store operates based on the WooCommerce system (WordPress).
  4. These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the Store’s website in a form that allows them to be saved and reproduced.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Store – the online store available at coffeemarket24.com
  • Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit placing an order
  • Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity
  • Product – a product offered in the Store, in particular coffee
  • Account – a user account created in the WooCommerce system
  • Order – a declaration of intent by the Customer aimed at concluding a sales contract
  1. The Customer may use the Store:
    • without registration, or
    • by creating an Account (optional).
  2. The Account allows, in particular:
    • viewing order history,
    • saving address details,
    • managing marketing consents.
  3. The Customer is obliged to provide data that is accurate and up to date.
  4. It is prohibited to use the Store in a manner contrary to the law or good practices.
  1. Orders are placed using the order form available in the Store (WooCommerce checkout).
  2. In order to place an Order, the Customer:
    • adds a Product to the shopping cart,
    • selects the delivery and payment method,
    • accepts these Terms and Conditions,
    • confirms the Order by clicking “Order with obligation to pay”.
  3. After placing the Order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming the Order.
  4. The sales contract is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms acceptance of the Order.
  1. All prices are stated in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
  2. Available payment methods:
    • bank transfer,
    • electronic payments,
    • cash on delivery (if available).
  3. The payment deadline is up to 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.
  4. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the Order.
  1. Delivery is carried out within the territory of EU.
  2. Available delivery methods are displayed during the checkout process.
  3. Delivery costs are indicated before finalizing the Order.
  4. The standard order processing time is up to 7 business days.
  1. The Products offered in the Store are food products.
  2. For hygiene and food safety reasons:
    • Products in opened packaging are not eligible for return,
      unless the Product is non-compliant with the contract.
  1. The Seller is responsible for the conformity of the Product with the contract in accordance with applicable law.
  2. Complaints may be submitted:
  3. A complaint should include:
    • Customer details,
    • a description of the issue,
    • the Order number (if available).

Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receipt.

  1. A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product.
  2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
    • the packaging of a food product has been opened.
  3. A refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned Product.
  1. The Store allows Customers to post Product reviews.
  2. Reviews may be posted only by Customers who have purchased the Product.
  3. Reviews are moderated and must not:
    • violate the law,
    • contain offensive content,
    • mislead other Customers.
  1. Any illegal content may be reported to:

  2. A report should include:
    • a description of the content,
    • a link to the content,
    • justification.
  3. Reports are processed in accordance with the Digital Services Act (DSA).
  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
  2. Matters not regulated herein are governed by generally applicable provisions of Polish law.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important legal or technical reasons.
